Connect MSK & Physiotherapy provides services to a number of NHS organisations. They are a NHS service, all free to the point of access provided at various community locations.

Connect Health offer a wide range of services which include the following

  • Rheumatology & Orthapeadics

The MSK service accepts self- referrals for simple conditions, please call the service directly, Click Here. If you are unsure of what service you may require, fill out a simple enquiry form, Click Here.

Contact the service if you are unsure if you may require a referral form from the doctor, you may not need a referral, which may save you time and effort to get an appointment. However, if you have a complex problem or recently had surgery or a fracture, please contact your GP.
