Colliers Wood & Lavender Fields Surgery is Now Open for Extended Hours 

Colliers Wood Surgery: 


From 18:30 pm till 20:00 pm 

With Additional GP appointments available until 19:45 pm and extra nurse appointments between 18:30 pm till 20:00 pm


From 18:30 pm till 20:00 pm



Lavender Fields Surgery: 


From 09:00 am till 13:00 pm

Additional GP appointments available


From 18:30 pm till 20:00 pm

With additional GP appointments available until 19:45 pm and extra nurse appointments between 18:30 pm and 19:30 pm 


Out of Area Registrations

You are able to be registered at our practice if you live or have moved outside of our practice area. However, it is important that you are aware that we will no longer be able to visit you if you are unable to attend the practice.    

This may make it more difficult for you to access medical help when you are not well. It is not the responsibility of the practice to arrange for another doctor to visit you in these circumstances. If you live outside our area, you will also be asked to sign a disclaimer regarding home visits limitations.
