Making an appointment
Please call 0208 544 2311 or drop into the surgery to make an appointment.
You can now book some appointments online using the link below.
HOWEVER, to do this you will need to register for the service. You can request your login details by visiting the surgery and handing your request in writing or you can send us an e-mail on: MERCCG.firstname.lastname@example.org and you will asked to provide a proof of photo ID on collection. This is the same portal as those registered to have repeat medications online and in order to adhere with our confidentiality policies, you will be asked to provide a proof of photo ID when you collect your login details.
Please note, we cannot send your login details via email or post.
Furthermore, it may not be appropriate for you to book online appointments as some consultations may need more time than the normal 10 mins appointment. If you are unsure, please book your appointment through reception as normal.
PLEASE NOTE :
Examples of appointments which should not be booked online include patients with complex medical needs that normally have longer (double) appointments, nurse appointments (including smear, travel advice, immunisations) any report work (e.g DVLA forms.) For these appointments, please phone reception in the normal way to book an appointment more appropriate for your needs.

Please help us by:
- Being on time for your appointment.
- Cancelling your appointment as soon as you are aware you cannot attend.
- Making a separate appointment for each person needing to see the doctor/nurse.
- Making further appointments if you have many/complicated problems.
- Accompanying under 16 year olds. If however a young person strongly wishes to be treated without their parents involvement, his or her confidentiality will be respected.
Occasionally, the reception staff will ask what the appointment with the doctor or nurse is for, this is to ensure you get the correct length of appointment. Confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Change of personal details:
From time to time, the practice may need to write to you. It is therefore, important that the practice has your correct details. If you change your name, address or telephone number, please let one of the reception staff know.
